Hello Kathy, To turn off the blocking notification in Windows firewall do the following:
1. Press the Windows key to bring up the start menu and to bring the focus to the edit box. 2. Type in "Windows firewall" without the quotes. 3. In the list of results pick "Windows firewall" and press enter. You might get other results with "Windows firewall" as part of the file or program name, but press enter on the one that only says "Windows firewall." 4. use the tab key to move to the choice "turn Windows firewall on or off" and press enter. 5. Use CTRL-Tab to move to the "exceptions" page of the dialog. 6. Use tab to move to the "notify me when Windows firewall blocks a new program" checkbox and press the spacebar to remove the checkmark. 7. use tab key to move to the "Apply" button and press enter. 8. Use tab key to move to the OK button and press enter. I don't necessarily recommend that you disable the notification though, as you should only be getting the messages for new programs. You should also be getting a dialog asking you if you want to continue blocking the program or not. If you are in that dialog then use the tab key to move to choices for either continuing to block or to unblock the program. I am also assuming that you are referring to the Windows firewall notifications, but if it is a program like Windows Defender blocking programs and notifying you then of course there are different steps to take. Take care.
