Hi Arianna, It might be in the Speech and Sounds manager, or in the Text processing options.
The problem with these is that you need to identify exactly what event the different voices happen. For example, do they happen when Jaws goes over a hyper link, or maybe when it goes over italic text, that sort of thing. Another example is does it happen when it goes over a particular control type, like a button or something of that nature. Once you know these things, you may be able to correct the managers for that particular item.
