Hello Arianna,

I don't have your original message on this subject, so I am not sure of the 
exact problem.  However, quite often when voices are changing and you are 
not expecting them to, it can be that a scheme other than the classic scheme 
is being used.  Press insert key with Alt key and the letter S to bring up 
the schemes list and make sure it is on classic.  Use the up and dopwn arrow 
keys in the list of keys to navigate to the "classic choice" or you can use 
first letter navigation.  Press enter key on classic.  Make sure that the 
choice is just "classic" and not "classic with attributes" or any of the 
other choices for classic.
