Hello everyone, I tried to get help with my problem from another list, but no solutions were found. I am hoping that someone on this list can figure out what my problem is. Let me explain.
When I bring up the major league baseball game day audio web page, I choose the game that I want to listen to. (The URL for MLB Media Center page is below. Enter on any radio station call letter to open up a new page with the log on for e-mail address and password.) When I enter on the radio station call letters, Internet Explorer opens a new page to log on with my E-mail address and password. Well, when I tried to do just that, the log on page comes up blank. I had my wife look at the monitor and she told me that the screen was blank. The only thing that I did was to run RegScrub to clean my registry. After that was completed, everything else works just fine. I do not wish to restore my registry backup since it has been over a week now, but if anyone have any suggestions on how to bring the log on page back into view, I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know if this is a Jaws problem because I can bring up the log on page using Mozilla Firefox. However, Mozilla Firefoxis too slow to bring up the MLB page. Sometime it takes me 5 minutes to bring up the page and enter on the call letters to get to the logon page. IE is much quicker and responsive. I also updated SilverLight to the latest version from Microsoft which is required to listen to the game. I am using IE7 (I was previously on IE6) and the latest update of Jaws 9. IE7 did not correct this problem. I am using XP home SPF2 and my screen resolution is 800 by 600. I even deleted all my cookies, history and Internet temporary files. I tried running Jaws in the default mode and there was no difference with MLB media player logon page. I also check the browser accessibility and made the changes, but to no avail. I even called Freedom Scientific support, and I got nowhere with that too! I even talked to a tech support there who also listen to MLB game day audio, so he knew how to logon. In fact, while he was trying to help me, he successfully brought up the logon page on his computer. I an at wit end and I think that I ran out of options. Here is the URL for MLB Media Center page: http://www.mlb.com/mediacenter/index.jsp#20080519 Once there, be sure to enter on today's games to bring up the games scheduled for the 19th. Notice the date at the end of the URL above. I hope that some of you will have some ideas and suggestions? I apologize for such a long posting, but I wanted everyone to know what I have tried to do to correct this problem. Many thanks in advance and thank you for taking the time to read this.
