Hello Tam,
Every time you start your computer, you'll need to
open Ypops. Even if you
configured it to run when the system starts, that
seems to be a problem with
the program. So, if you have it installed, go to your
desktop where the icon
is, and hit enter, (sometimes you'll need to do it
twice), until you here:
"Configure Ypops". Tab to the OK button, and don't
close the program, just
alt-tab or minimize it to leave that window. Then you
should be able to
download your emails.
