Hello, I used to be able to read the status line with insert-pagedown; recently however and for reasons I cannot figure out, the insert-pagedown combination reads the start menu. when I press the key combination now I hear: start JAWS inbox file-name filename filename 9:37 p.m. (filename refers to the names of currently open files.
How can I fix this to get Jaws to work properly as before? I am using JAWS 8 with windows XP and Office 2000.
