Interesting.

It shows you how varied and annoying computers can be. My experience is the
exact polar opposite. Since I moved to plain text emails Jaws reads
everything fine but in html  things are much more unpredictable.
 
I guess you have to find what works best on your system.

It's been my experience when using Outlook that if you do choose everything
to be presented in text form you will have trouble replying to those
meslsages that were originally HTML.  You won't be able to tell what you're
writing and JAWS just says blank blank.
