Hi, I experience the same problem, however doing the below task with NVDA, the shortcut key worked. Wonder why? Using JAWS 9.0.2169 under Vista Home Premium. Thanks!

However, when I do insert F4 to unload Jaws and then try the hotkey, nothing happens. However, my old hotkey of control alt J for Jaws 8, obviously still works.
