When a problem occurs with any member's account a bounce action notice is generated by the mailman program automatically. A very nice feature is that it does that particular task on it's own without any of us being involved in the process. This is wonderful since this is such a large list approaching 400 members once again. Simply follow the directions in the message from mailman to reactivate your account within I believe it's set for 7 days before it will remove the address from the list membership. That normally only happens when a person's email address is canceled and they don't bother unsubscribing from all of their respective lists before hand.
