Hi Vicki, One easy way to gain access to the different Jaws .enu folders is: Start menu. programs, then hit J until you find the Jaws version you are currently using, then right arrow and you will be on Explore Jaws subMenu. Then right arrow again and you will be in a list of .enu folders that Jaws uses.
these are: Explore My Settings, the folder where scripts, dictionary & graphic files etc which have been changed or added by you, or are specific to your machine. Explore Program files, the folder where the actual files that run Jaws are kept, & sometimes extras are added. Explore Shared settings, the folder where scripts, dictionary & graphic files etc which came with Jaws are kept. These were put here when the version was installed and are referred to as the default settings for the different programs. Unless specifically instructed, these files should not be changed, & additional files should not be added to this folder. Explore the manuals, this is the last one in the list on my system. If it is a script file, the first letter of the file extension is usually J, then it should go in the folder reached by hitting enter on, Explore my settings. If you post the name of the file, or files, then someone may be able to advise where it should go... I also found an enu folder under all users.
