Hi Listers: The subject line says it all. I am thinking that it would be very nice if Freedom Scientific could market a version of JAWS loaded on to a u3 flash drive as it will be a useful tool for those of us who need to use computers in various locations without having to install JFW each time. Of course, there will have to be safeguards for internet authorization and if there are any updates to be had, the software can also be used to check with the internet and to recommend what action can be taken.
With a bit of thought I am sure that this versatile version of JFW would be a godsend and one could take it anywhere and after being used on a computer and the program is terminated the computer settings could be returned to the original settings. It would be even better than the thumb drive version that is now available. I sincerely hope that my thoughts expressed in these few lines will evoke positive responses from members of this list.
