I have a problem. When I put a cd or a dvvd into their drives, you can hear the disc turning but it does not play. I can go through my computer and access the disc. This wouldn't be a problem if all I wanted to do is listen to the disc. I would like to be able to rip a disc again. Can any one offer any suggestions to resolve this frustrating problem?
