I too installed this version of Spybot that is suppose to be more accessible and found that I am still required to use the JAWS Cursor where I had to before. So, I would be interested in what exactly was improved upon as far as accessibility goes. I will continue to use Windows Defender, Reg Cure and PC Registry Cleaner as they are very accessible without the use of the JAWS Cursor.
