Hi, While using the SAPI5 synthesizer, go to jaws options menu, voices, global adjustment. Tab a few times until you here the punctuation combo box and select the level you want. If you only want this for Outlook express, make sure the modify application settings or whatever it is radio button is checked, if not check the modify default one. Sorry if I sound harsh, I am trying to use NVDA with the latest Firefox, ff3rc2 seems to crash when you tab to the content with NVDA running, so have to use superslow IE, gur'r'rhrhrhhrhhr!
