Hi Arianna, I believe I am doing the same thing you are doing and that is I control plus f to forward, then fill in to whom I'm forwarding to, then tab to the subject line and delete all the FW's, then tab to the edit field, then arrow down past all the links and go to the subject line closest to the message, then press the home/7 key to go to the beginning of the line, then press control, shift, plus home/7 ke to select from the subject line to the top of the email , and press delete. If you are doing these same steps also there shouldn't be a problem and if there is a problem I don't have a clue as to what it might be. I am sorry if I wasn't able to help but I'm sure someone will come up with a cure to your problem. Take care.
