The problem here is that your PC is not recognising the attached file type. As the message you are receiving does not include the file type , we cannot at the moment tell you what specifically the program is that you should be associating with this attachment.
In the message you pasted the address path is so long that it is expiring in ...., preventing us from seeing the file name and extension. We need to know what the file extension of the attached file is that is causing this message. Go back to the email where you have a problem. Press Insert A and tell us what the file name and extension is. Once we know what program to associate with this file we can advise on the many ways that you can associate this file with a program to open it. One thing to eliminate is that sometimes a file with a .dat extension is attached to emails. If you are trying to open one of these you can safely ignore these as they are system files. If you really want to read these you can associate notepad to open them. Still investigate what the file is first.
