Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2000 Address Book Question

Hi,

This depends on whether or not you are using the Windows address book or if
you are using the contacts folder in Outlook to store your contact
information.

If you are using the contacts folder to store your contact information, the
only way to access your contacts is to open Outlook and then move to the
contacts folder.

If you are using the Windows address book to store your contact information,
you can place a shortcut for the address book on your desktop. To do this,
do the following:

1. Go to All Programs, then Accessories.

2. Move down to the address book option in the Accessories submenu and press
the applications key.

3. When the context menu opens, select the send to option. Press the right
arrow key to open the send to submenu.

4. Select the desktop option in the send to submenu.

This will create a shortcut for your Windows address book on your desktop.

I hope this helps,
Ryan

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2000 Address Book Question

Sometimes I need to go into my address book for a mailing address or a
telephone number. Is there a
way that I can create an icon on my desktop or create some type of hot key
that will take me
directly there without having to go into Outlook first?
