Hello,

You can use JAWS in Media Center in Vista with keystrokes.  Open the media 
center from anywhere using Windows key with Alt and enter.  I have uploaded 
a document to SendSpace that has tables of keystrokes that can be used in 
Media Center.  Keystrokes for working with the radio, TV, DVDS, videos, and 
audio are included in the document.  Each table is on a new page in this 
Word document.  Some of the keystrokes are different than they were for XP 
Media Center.  The link is below.
