Hi, List. I discovered something when I sampled a pdf file to see if the upgrade had "taken." I got an adobe accessibility setup wizard that i had not seen before so I went through the setup to finish everything. If you download and install v. 9 and don't get this wizzard, try to read a pdf file--David has mentioned some on the jaws list--to make sure you have the accessibility steps set up.
