Hello,
>From what I know, programs found in the system tray usually run in the 
background.Go to run dialogue, type msconfig, then go to start up page and 
go down the arrow key until u find your program and check it then tap to ok. 
After restarting the pc check the only check box and press ok then windows 
starts as usual. Now your program should appear in the system tray. Hope 
this will help.
