Hi .. F11 when pressed and going to volume control and tabbing twice to uncheck muted or not did not work. I don't know what else could be muted. So looks like I will have to call Freedomscientific because they are good with getting things working with no speech, or just wait for sighted help. *sigh * I could have really saved myself the issue...
