Hi All, I forgot to add in my last post that in an open message Jaws does not read the To, CC, BC, or Subject lines. When you open a new message it only says edit. Thanks again.

If she is in O.E. and goes into the View menu then presses C for columns, Jaws is not reading if the boxes are checked or not. Also in O.E. in the Tools/Options Jaws is not reading what tab she is on, for example General tab, read tab, or Security tab, it is not reading any of the tabs when you control tab but you can tab through each page and make selections and it will read if the boxes are checked or not here but not in Views menu. Can someone please tell us what is happening? She is running XP and Office Home, With Jaws 9.0.2169. All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all very much.
