Curious, on my HP laptop under power options and power settings in controll
panel there are always the option to set the same item twice. For example "turn
off monitor" which I set for three hours. If I tab down it says "turn off
monitor" and by default it is set to five minutes for the second choice. the
Same for "turn off hard disk" which I said never. The default seems to be thre
minutes on the second choice. Do I need to change both to apply the preferred
settings? Thanks.
