Hello Patti, The best way to print labels from a data sheet in Excel is to use mail merge in Microsoft Word. I am pasting a link below that will take you to an article by Microsoft concerning printing labels in Word 2007 using an Excel sheet as a source document. The document actually contains information relevant to using mail merge for labels in Word 2007 and 2003. It is quite thorough but gives instructions for mouse users and not according to keyboard use. I have a couple good documents on creating and printing labels in Microsoft Word 2003 using Excel 2003 as the source, but the link below gives instructions for using the Office 2007 programs. Most of the process is the same when using the 2003 programs so let me know if you would like me to send you the documents. Hopefully, you will get the information you need from going to the Microsoft document by using the link shown below.
