Hi Leonard, When Jaws says collapse press right arrow to expand and that will open that group of messages and then you can arrow down to read or delete the messages one at a time. if you press delete while the messages are collapsed you will delete that entire thread of messages but Jaws will ask you first if you would like to delete them and you can tab to no and press space bar then press right arrow to expand and read the messages or press left arrow to collapse them again press delete and press space bar on the yes tab to delete the whole thread. I hope I am making sense with this explanation.
