I have a question and I'm not sure if anyone would have any ideas as to how I can resolve an issue I'm having.
At work, we use Lotus notes to send/receive emails. There is a webmail version, which seems to also use lotus notes as well, by accessing the mail servers, and the way you send mail is there's a toolbar at the top of the page, that you have to use the Jaws cursor to find, and there you have the "reply, forward, New Memo" etc., buttons. The thing is, I can see the toolbar on my desktop computer at work, but I can't see it on my laptop at home. Supposedly, the toolbar is there, according to the IT guy who looked at my laptop. Could someone tell me why it would display on my work computer and not the one given to me to telecommute? I'm using IE 6.0 on both machines, we are running the latest version of jaws, so I'm not sure what's the issue. Does anyone have any ideas?
