Hi Chrissy, unfortunately, because of the crashes you and others are seeing with JAWS 7.10 and early versions of 8.0, I cannot recommend Firefox 3 unless you're willing and able to get a paid upgrade to JAWS 8 or 9. The problem is that Firefox 3 returns a valid answer to a certain query where 2.0 did not, and JAWS 7.10 stumbles. Only the latest free update of 8.0, build 8.0.2173, and JAWS 9, fix this problem.
