Please send the actual error message you get. next time you try to send an attachment and it fails, virtualize the error window with ctrl-JAWSkey-w, and select and copy it to the clipboard and paste into the email to the list. We also need to know that it is happening to more than one particular file attachment, so try sending something else instead of the possible problem file.
