Sue, my techie installed Norton Ghost to shuffle things to my backup external drive. I do not know how it works, just that it does. Occasionally, you have to delete old backups to free up space for the new ones that are downloaded every day to the Maxtor external drive. Hopefully, some other lister or the semantec site can fill in more information. Norton Ghost appears in the system tray. marilyn
