Hi,
I'm having trouble with a Toshiba notebook that was running JAWS 9 prior to a
computer crash. When the system was recovered, JAWS 9 presented a video
intercept
error that said not found. I downloaded the latest video driver from Toshiba
and the video intercept tool from FS and still no luck. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled JAWS 8 and 9 and still no luck. I currently have JAWS 8 running
but it is not running properly and the video intercept error persists.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? My computer guy is
threatening to start from a clean slate. I don't really want to go there.

Thanks,
Karen
