You first have to tab from the subject line or Shift tab from the body of the message. when you her the attachment or attachments mentioned, hit enter on the one you want. If you want to save the attachment, go to you file menu and hit save attachments. If there is more than one attachment, hit control A then tab to where you want to save them. The control A chooses all the attachments in that particular e-mail.
