In certain IE7 situations, when you shift-tab you get onto the toolbars command bar. When that happens, press F6 or shift-F6 once or more to return to the main page.

Strange. It only seems to be happening in IE7 and not in any other windows on my computer so far, that I can tell. Wait, it might have not responded some while in Windows Explorer as well.
