You could, first, bring up windows narrator to read the error screen.  You
said, "was crashed," which seems to mean that you have now restored SAPI5 to
working with JAWS.  However, when the voice in use has crashed it (more
than likely) has also crashed the JAWS application, so a way without JAWS
won't work.  So your best bet is probably to use JAWS-Key+WindowsKey+F4 to
memory dump JAWS, then restart JAWS with the shortcut key you have assigned.
