Yes, I've also noticed this with Outlook 2003. Cheers Alex -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael Hansen Sent: 26 August 2008 21:41 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] A couple of quirks in Jaws 10.
Also in Outlook 2007, when navigating through any type of text with the arrow keys, JAWS does not accurately read where focus currently is. For example, JAWS will read a letter twice and then skip over one. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Denny Huff Sent: Tuesday, August 26, 2008 14:31 To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] A couple of quirks in Jaws 10. Just installed the beta of Jaws 10 and have noticed that while in Outlook 2007, when I close a message by pressing escape, Jaws doesn't say anything. I have to press the up or down arrow and then back again to regain focus on the message I just closed. Also, when I press the insert f12 twice quickly, it doesn't announce the date. Anyone else experience these problems? Thanks!
