If you are just going to transfer one email account to vista, then maybe the 
export/import method is the way to go.  However, if you wish to go a bit 
further then that, using Vista's windows easy transfer program is the way to 
go.

So it looks like part of my weekend coming up will be wasted setting up a 
Vista system for somebody else. Certainly one part of it will be changing 
them over from Outlook Express to Windows Mail. The question is can I simply 
export the IAF file from the old system and import it in to the new one? My 
guess is yes, but since this will be the first time ever being in the same 
room as a Vista system I'd like to know everything I can learn before 
sitting down to a Saturday afternoon with Vista. So any and all tips will be 
received and cataloged for future reference.
