David: If you are just going to transfer one email account to vista, then maybe the export/import method is the way to go. However, if you wish to go a bit further then that, using Vista's windows easy transfer program is the way to go.

Certainly one part of it will be changing them over from Outlook Express to Windows Mail. The question is can I simply export the IAF file from the old system and import it in to the new one?
