That means that jaws is on a profile on a server, and that parts of the box get rebuilt. however, they should have enough access to jaws to adjust it to how they need it. that is how my jaws at work comes up and its the only program that sits on the c drive of my box, and is the only program i have full access to adjust on my profile.
