After opening Outlook 2007, one of three things happens after I open the first
e-mail that I'd like to read and press the down arrow key to read through the
message text:

1. Everything works fine (but that's not why I'm writing)
2. The mail message and the application close. When I re-open Outlook, I hear a
messsage that an Outlook data file did not close properly and that data files
are being checked.
3. JAWS says only "blank" as I arrow through the message text. I either have to
route JAWS to PC (which I don't like) or I have to close and re-open the
application until JAWS decides to read properly.

I'm running JAWS 9.0.2169 on XP Home. Outlook 2007 is 12.0.6316.5000.

Thanks for any info.
