I had this problem and someone on this list directed me to the "power options" in controll panel. I virtualized my PC under advanced propeties for power options. Here is what it looks like. Look at "not checked Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby." HTH
Power Options Properties Power Schemes Alarms Power Meter Advanced Hibernate Select the power-saving settings you want to use.
