hi yes what I did was I whent in to the cleen up tab and got rid of the programs in that list but not in the my podcasts folder on the c drive. I also tabbed in to the subscription tabb and did a celect all and got rid of the podcasts that have been downloaded. when I go in to the downloads section of the program it says 0 idams. It says that I am still subscribed to all the podcast feeds but it is not downloading any of them for some reason.
