I have a little eyesight in my left eye, (My right eye is total) but not enough for me to be able to read, even with Zoon Text. So for me, JAWS is a Godsend. And yes, JAWS is paticulary desinged for those of us who are totally blind, In fact, I have some totally blind friends that can use it much better than I can.
