Hey Gang, I hope some one could help me. My friend has Jaws 9 pro, windows media player, windows XP. I sent her some songs in an attachment, and when she trys to open it she gets this message. What can I tell her to do to open up the attachment. She saved the attachment to her documents. Thanks for your help. Patti
