This is wrong. Being a FIOS tech I do know that DSL is a shared 
connection and cable is not. With cable your on a open net and with 
cable. You share your connection with everyone on that node. if they 
over sell the line without upgrading the node. then when everyone is 
on line. your speed will drop. Because the topology for DSL is circle 
or loop. cable uses what they call star topology. Witch means if 
someone else drops connection, you don't.
