Use your player's jump-to or move forward feature.  The demonstrations with 
JAWS begin about 25 minutes into the file.  Personally, I would recommend 
listening to all of the file, including the first part pertaining to 
Window-eyes; as you get a more comprehensive picture of iTunes accessibility 
which, for a brief period, is more developed in window-Eyes 7.2 than in 
JAWS.  (That imbalance will soon be evened out in the JAWS10 full version, 
or perhaps in the second beta.)
