I have purchased a printer: an hp 1320. My printer guy came, and the printer works, but tried installing the driver: cd rom. In the middle of install when the test page comes out, has error messages due to some program called scrubber. On the page on screen says it has to shut down. Cannot get installation to continue. Anyone know what to do? Thanks ahead of time. Need a hint: because it will cost me $85 an hour to get someone here to try to correct this. Thanks ahead of time. Karen and Harpo
