I believe it will, in that it is possible to select a different card type. Any other difficulties pertaining to such a change would then be within iTunes itself and not JAWS.
However, I have the problem that I can't create an iTunes account using JAWS10, beta 2. JAWS isn't reading the edit fields (if that is what they are) and this is when the virtual cursor switches back to the PC cursor (for whatever reasons) during the creating account process. .
