Hi Alan, The keystroke for turning the volume up or down is the up arrow for turning it up, or the down arrow for turning it down.
You can also use the hotkey of control+alt+slash to take the volume up to 100%, control+alt+period to take the volume up to 66%, control+alt+comma to take the volume up to 33%, and finally, control+alt+M to bring the volume down to 0%.
