That's bad. I'm not having any of that here, even if I'm using IE8 beta 2.
Try a repair of JAWS.

Hi list,
I have a problem with web pages reading in IE 7. JAWS will read the home
page just fine, but if I hit on a link on that page, the next page won't
read. JFW only reads the title bar. You can read some of the page with
the JAWS cursor, or by hitting INSERT-B, but nothing is read when using
the arrow keys or "say all". Hitting F5 to refresh the page does not
help.
