Karen, go down the start menu to where it says"all programs" and enter. This will bring up a list of your installed programs. Arrow to jaws which has a submenu. arrow right to unveil that list. Arrow down to see what the helps are and enter. That help manual should have been installed by that techie so that your f1 and f6 keys would talk to you.. marilyn
