Hi.
Thanks for the reply to my e-mail. I do have a license for Jaws home and
have bought a machine with Windows Vista Home on it so because of this, I
didn't think I would have the problem I'm having.

Hi Sue.
If you have license to Jaws for XP home or Vista home basic or home
Premium, and have bought a laptop with XP Pro or Vista Ultimate, your ILM
code will not be valid.
So probably you have to upgrade your Jaws license, before you can run jaws
in full mode.
Greetings from Hans Pauli.

Emne: [JAWS-Users] Jaws 9.
Hi.
I bought a new laptop last week and I installed my version of Jaws onto
it from the installation CD. I'm using version 9 with the latest
updates. The machine's been working fine with Jaws until last night when
I came home from work and switched the machine on. I was asked to start
the Jaws activation again, which I did and the activation was successful.
In the last 24 hours however, I've been asked to start the Jaws
activation 3 times. I'm concerned about this as I don't want to run out
of activation codes over the weekend and have Jaws running in 40 demo
mode.
Please can someone tell me why this is happening as I've no idea. I
don't have a Jaws authorisation CD as my upgrade was from Jaws 6 to Jaws
9. I typed the authorisation number in manually and as I said, the
activation has been successful 3 times within 24 hours.
I'd be grateful for any help with this as I don't want to run out of
codes.
Sue.
