Hi. Are you tried cmplete uninstal jaws and remove licence and instal and 
activate again?

Hi.

Thanks for the reply to my e-mail.  I do have a license for Jaws home and 
have bought a machine with Windows Vista Home on it so because of this, I 
didn't think I would have the problem I'm having.
